I trained with Three Shires School of reflexology to level 5 , I have continued to add many CPD courses in advanced reflexology techniques since graduating.
My first love of complementary therapies started with reiki many years ago, I have studied Usui, Angelic & holy fire reiki.
As a reflexologist & reiki practitioner my aim is to bridge the gap between western medicine and the alternatives, whilst providing a safe and nurturing atmosphere in which to heal.
I love empowering my clients to unlock the potential of self healing that resides in each and everyone of us, finding a natural solution to todays hectic and stressful lifestyles.
